Black Tea Leaves

Black tea is fully fermented and deeply roasted. The making process starts with withering after tea leaf picking, and then undergoes a fermentation process to a fully fermented state. Black tea is best brewed at a temperature ranging from 95 to 100 Celsius. Keep the first brew under two minutes. Subsequent brews can be increased to three or four minutes. SAC’s Taiwanese Black Tea is rich, fruity, and slightly minty; makes a perfect base of mouth watering fruit teas.
